Vadim Ionas co-founded GoldenDane Tech and leads the design and implementation of its AI systems. He specialises in deep learning, algorithm design, and high-dimensional data analysis, turning complex signals and images into robust, interpretable, and deployable models.

He works directly with clinical and engineering teams to ensure that every solution meets operational and quality standards, balancing innovation with reliability and human oversight. His focus is on creating systems that are measurable, auditable, and suitable for real-world decision-making.

Vadim is available for technical discussions, pilot planning, and early-stage collaborations.
